Lunar Running

Time passed quickly and it is less than 1 week till christmas or "noche buena" as my spanish friends would say... For the first time in my life I have not seen snow until December and actually I am really looking forward to do so on Monday when I get back home to Graz for holidays. One week of family, friends, skiing,... at degrees under zero, but fortunately just in time for silvester or "noche vieja" as my spanish friends would say... I am back to warm fields to start into the new year from VLC.

This week it was the "Nike Lunar Run" which kept us entertained on wednesday night: A fun-competition sponsored by NIKE where you get a map and through word-riddles have to find special places downtown (El mercado central, Plaza de torros, Puente Real, Torres de Serrano y Plaza Ayuntamiento). At each station everyone had to do some exercises like push-ups or abdominals... 30 really entertaining minutes through the citycenter and due to some routechoice problems we ended up 3rd (me) and 4th (Manu).

Manu and I represented O-Flat and we were accompanied by my Erasmus friends Carlos (POR), Anette (NOR) and Marlen (AUT), who in the end held our austrian pride high and won the women's class to get some free Nike-running shoes!

Nos vemos en el proximo año y FELIZ NAVIDAD a todos que leen eso ; )
FROHE WEIHNACHTEN und an guaden Rutsch ins neue Jahr!!!
